Support our mission
Equal Access Public Media believes accessibility means making news available to people — no matter what.
It also means journalists can work regardless of their disability, race, color, national origin or ancestry, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or socioeconomic background.
In other words, EAPM is making news accessible to all and the newsroom accessible to more journalists.
The vast majority of our support comes from donors just like you, and we’re proud of that. We’d love for you to join our supporter family.
Ready to build better news?

Right now, EAPM is asking you to join us in building better news: news for all.
We’re raising $50,000. This will keep EAPM going and help continue work on our projects, such as the Style and Accessibility Guide.
Donations also help EAPM build and launch the National Tab, a national daily news outlet built with accessibility at its core.
Please join us in bringing accessibility to the newsroom and to the news that reaches you by making tax-deductible contribution.
Givebutter is our current crowdfunding platform for donations. It accepts donations by digital wallet, cash app, Paypal, Apple Pay, Stripe, and credit card.
Equal Access Public Media is fiscally sponsored by the Alternative Newsweekly Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. That means all donations are accounted for by ANF, who accepts donations on behalf of EAPM.
ANF and EAPM understand that donors want many ways to support organizations and have made that possible.
